I am pleased to be the recipient of the Dr. Joy Riddle Memorial Scholarship. It
is truly an honor to be noticed by such a prestigious organization. This
scholarship is not only helpful in the financial sense, it serves as a great
emotional boost to be recognized by other women, many of whom have pursued
higher education in the midst of raising a family and career. I hope the
encourage other women returning to school at a later stage in life, as it is
very fulfilling and enriching. Returning to school is not an easy road. If it
were easy, the rewards would not be as great.

Application Deadlines
We have changed our scholarship application deadline dates, beginning in 2006!
The Colorado BPW Education Foundation awards scholarships two times per year.
Application deadlines are September 30, 2005, January 31, 2006, and August 31,
2006. The deadlines will be January 31st and August 31st in the years
thereafter.
